We love to weld.
Nearly three decades welding the Puget Sound — hulls, docks, piers, working vessels. Saltwater-grade welds by a small, hands-on bilingual crew. Active vendor for the City of Seattle.

Saltwater never sleeps. Pinholes become leaks. Leaks become haul-outs.
Marine work isn't shop work. Saltwater finds every pinhole. Every spec below is what we actually do — no filler, no generic 'cutting-edge' copy.

"If salt water can find it, we've welded it. Nearly three decades on this water — same crew, same standards."
— The Fabricator crew · Ballard, Seattle
Pick your vessel, the job, the material. We'll show a real range — then a real welder follows up within 24h. No spam, no auto-bots.
The Fabricator is a hands-on marine welding crew working out of Ballard. We're not a NAVSEA-scale yard and we don't pretend to be — we're the people boat owners, marinas and small contractors call when a job is too small, too urgent, or too specific for the big shops.
The crew is bilingual (English and Spanish), the rig is mobile, and everything that leaves our shop is welded by a real human who's been doing this on Puget Sound water for years. No subcontracting, no surprises.
We're a small, bilingual team that handles the honest jobs — hulls, docks, anodes, aluminum. We show up at your slip, work clean, and leave your boat ready to go back in the water.
Numbers below are stacked like draft marks on a hull — depth at the waterline. Same idea here: every step is at a known depth, no surprises.
We come to your slip or yard, measure, photograph, talk through the job, and write a fixed quote.
Material cut and welded — TIG, MIG, or stick — to the right marine grade. Procedure-matched to the job.
Visual + pressure / dye-pen test where it matters. Documented. Vessel back in the water.
Describe the vessel, the issue, and the timeline. A real welder reads every message — usually replies same day.
